About two months later it started again, but without the shutting down thing. When I open the device the keyboard should be usable, which obviously isn't the case. I suspect that it's the lid position sensor, because sometimes, when I close the laptop, the keyboard get's activated, which is signalled by a symbol that appears on screen
Have you tried the hotkey to change keyboard backlight brightness? On my T15 it's Fn+SpaceBar. Or check in the Lenovo Vantage software to see if backlight is turned off. Lastly, there may be a setting in the BIOS to turn keyboard backlight on and off. r/Lenovo.
The keys (`,1, tab, a, z) are not working on my keyboard. I have a Lenovo IdeaPad S145 Windows 11. Keyboard driver has already been updated. Sometimes it works and most of the time it doesn't. It has been happening for almost a month now. I need help.
